Aluminum is an abundant (2) metal (1) that comes from Bauxite (4), an ore (5) that looks like clay (6) and contains aluminum (7), along with several (8) other substances (9). Workman extract the other substances from the Bauxite (10) by grinding (11) it and putting it in high pressure (13) tanks (12). The other substances form a mass (14) which the workman use a filter (16) to remove (15), leaving only a liquid remaining (17). The liquid that remains is put through several other processes (18) and then yields a powdery (20) white (21) chemical (19), which contains aluminum (24) and oxygen (25), called alumina (22). Electricity (27) is used by the workman to separate the aluminum from the oxygen (26). A light (29) metal is produced (28). The metal has bright (31), silvery (32) luster (30), comes in many forms (33) and has many uses (3).
