Aluminum is a very useful and abundant metal. It contains several substances taken from the ore Bauxite from aluminum is also derived. To form aluminum, the Bauxite is ground and put into pressurized tanks until it forms a mass. The mass is then removed and filtered, leaving only a liquid. Several other processes are applied; finally yielding a white, powdery chemical called "alumina". Alumina contains aluminum and oxygen. In order to extract the aluminum from the chemical, workmen use electricity to eventually produce the light metal. The metal comes in several forms, however it is always bright with a silvery luster.
