Aluminum is an abundant (2) metal (1) that has many uses (3). It comes from (4) an ore (5) that resembles clay (6) called bauxite. Bauxite contains aluminum (7) and several (8) other substances (9). Workmen extract these substances from the bauxite (10) before (1) grinding (11) the bauxite and putting (12) it in pressurized (13) tanks. The other substances form a mass (14), which is then removed (15) and (2) put through filters (16). After the filtering process (1), a liquid remains (17). This liquid is put through several other processes (18) until it finally yields a chemical (19). This chemical is a powdery (20), white (21) substance called alumina (22). Alumina is a mixture (23) containing aluminum (24) and oxygen (25). Workmen separate the aluminum from the oxygen (26) using electricity (27). Finally, a light (29), lustrous (30), bright (31), silvery (32) metal is produced (28). This metal comes in many forms (33).
