Aluminum is an abundant metal that has many uses. It comes from a clay like ore called Bauxite. The workmen grind the Bauxite after they have extracted the other substances and put them into a pressure tank where they form a mass. Then they use filters to remove the mass which leaves a liquid. This has to go through many other processes to form a white and powdery chemical called Alumina.
Alumina contains aluminum and oxygen, which workmen seperate by electricity. They finally produce a bright and silvery luster metal that comes in many forms and is light to use.
