deeds among the people. Sing unto him; sing psalms unto him; talk ye of
all his wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy Dame; let the heart of them
rejoice that seek the Lord. Remember his marvelous works that he hath
done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth.

2. O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast
set thy glory above the heavens. When I consider thy heavens, the work
of thy fingers; the

moon and the stars which thou hast ordained; what is man, that thou
art mindful of him ? and the son of man, that thou visitest him ? For thou
hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with
glory and honor. Thou madest him to have dominion over the work of
thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet. O Lord, our Lord, bow
excellent is thy name in all the earth!

3. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God; in
him will I trust. Because he bath set his love upon me, therefore will I
deliver him: I will set him on high, because he bath known my name. He
shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I
will deliver him, and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him, and
show him my salvation.

4. O come, let us sing unto the Lord, let us heartily rejoice in the strength
of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and

they go down again to the depths; their soul is melted because of trouble;
they reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit's

desired haven. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and
for his wonderful works to the children of men!

6. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down
in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my
soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear
no evil; for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou
anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely, goodness and
mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the
house of the Lord forever.
