Aluminum is an abundant (2) metal (1) with many different (1) uses (3). Aluminum is one of many  (8) substances (9) contained  (7) in a clay like (6) ore (5) called bauxite (4). Workmen extract these substances (10), grind the bauxite (11), and put it in pressure filled (13) tanks (12) . The other substances form a mass (14) which is removed (15) using filters (16). After this process of removal, a liquid remains (17). The liquid is put through several processes (18) until it yields a white (21), powdery (20) chemical (19) called alumina (22). Alumina is a mixture (23) containing aluminum (24) and oxygen (25). To finally produce the metal (2), the workmen seperate (26) the aluminum from the oxygen using electricity (27). This new light (29) metal comes in many forms (33), and has a bright (31)silvery (32) luster (30).
