Aluminum is an abundant (2) metal (1) with many uses (3). It comes from (4) an ore (5) called Bauxite. Bauxite contains aluminum (7) along with several (8) other substances (9). Workmen extract these other substances (10), grind (11) the bauxite, and (1) put it into tanks (12). The other substances form a mass (14), that is removed (15) with filters (16). The remaining liquid (17) is put through several other processes (18) untill finally a chemical yieds (2, 19). It is a white (21) powdery (20) substance called alumina (22). This mixture (23) contains aluminum (24) and oxygen (25). Work men separate the aluminum from the oxygen (26) using electricity (27). They finally produce a light (29) metal (28) with luster (30). Its luster is bright (31) and silvery (32). This metal comes in many forms (33).
