looks like clay and contains aluminum. Bauxite contains several other substances
also. Workmen extract these other substances from the bauxite by grinding
the bauxite and putting it in pressurized tanks. The other substances form
a mass which is removed by the use of filters. The liquid that remains
is put through several other processes and finally yields the chemical.
